This project initially started as a collection of listings throughout the southeast Detroit area. With the market shifting and listings becoming more sparse we decided to change the book to focus more on the community, the Max Broock office, and featuring different popular styles of homes.

The different style homes featured were all homes sold by agents from Max Broock Birmingham and photoshoots were done with the staff to showcase what the office could offer new potential agents.
